“Mziuri Wellness” is a distinctive residential and wellness complex developed by Mziuri Development, located in Makhinjauri on the territory of a former balneological resort.

The complex is set among mature pine trees and endemic vegetation, creating a unique natural microclimate and a tranquil living environment.

“Mziuri Wellness” combines residential apartments, a branded 5-star hotel operated under the InterContinental Hotels Group brand Crowne Plaza, and a balneological wellness resort within one integrated space.

The international-standard balneological and wellness center will be accessible both to residents of “Mziuri Wellness” and to international and local visitors.

The project includes 244 residential apartments and 51 hotel rooms.
