Spa and fitness center located on the territory of Mziuri Gardens promises perfect conditions for relaxation and rejuvenation. The center consists of Jacuzzi, massage room, sauna, and fitness room. In addition, it will include open and closed swimming pools, which will be at disposal of our residents.

Alongside with having rest and fun, Mziuri Gardens will provide facilities and enmities for holding business meetings. A closed and an open-air conference room will be set up for residents. In addition, the space for meetings will be allocated in the yard as well.

Lobby

A comfortable and spacious lobby will be arranged for the residents of Mziuri Gardens. This venue can be used for relaxation or holding meetings. There will be a lobby bar serving a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Mziuri Gardens will feature two-level parking. In addition, smaller-scale open-air parking will be arranged in the yard. Our residential complex will also have special parking areas for bicycles.

4 high-quality elevators from the American company Otis, will be installed in each building of Mziuri Gardens. They will provide fast and safe transportation for our residents among floors.

Separate rooms will be arranged in Mziuri Gardens for mechanical equipment on each floor.
