Mziuri Gardens Batumi is a new residential complex currently under construction. It is located in resort Makhinjauri few steps away from the Black Sea beach. The complex is placed at 15-100 m altitude above sea level. The local population started using the unique microclimate of Makhinjauri and sub-thermal mineral water as early as the beginning of XX century for a lot of treatment therapies.
